Hi,
The applicant with the previous ticket at jira (closed -
https://jira.fiware.org/browse/HELC-1055) and redmine (closed -
http://techsupport.creatifi.eu/issues/414) has reopened the issue.
Here is the message:

close it after two days...*

It's not solved, it persists.

The issue seems to be related with modules or libraries in the developers operating system. I'm so sorry but I cannot help there...
For any further question, please do not hesitate to reply.
You are right but the ticket owner mailing list is no more valid (he left i2cat). Anyway in the case of CreatiFI tickets the owner is a person belonging to the accelerator that checks/polls the tickets time to time.
Said that, you are perfectly right. I certainly will do that next time.
