Hello, we are the StartUp Exploded View with the Fiware project Plactherm.
We need to upgrade to our Flab account to a community account.

Before, we had a developer (Daniel Olea) who had the credentials for the
fiwareLab. But, he has left the company and we couldn´t reach the account,
so we have created a new one for Borja Torán. We asked for upgrade more
than a week ago and nothing in response.

I do know not if there are any problems with it. Maybe there is some
confusion because we tried to create two accounts, first one which we
afterwards realized it was wrong (tot much resources applied for). The
second one, requested 5 minutes after de first one, was correct.
We are in a big big hurry, we would appreciate any help.
