      Dear coachers

      We have received the following issue:

      Hello!

      I am contacting you on behalf of Nemetschek company - we are executing a project funded by FRACTALS and have a community account on FIWARE Lab:

      We have the following problem: one of my colleagues - the Team Leader of the software development team has a personal account, through which he has access to the company account. The problem is that his account expired and now he doesn't have access to any of the company resources on FIWARE. This is a big problem for us and stops all our work
      which has very strict deadlines for project reporting. So our problem is really URGENT.

      I am attaching you the e-mail he received from your system regarding his account:

      Please assist us as soon as possible to fix this problem - we need instructions how to activate his account again - make it community?

      This is a very serious problem for us because maybe soon the other developers will also be in the same situation - they have the same accounts.

      Please get in touch with me as soon as possible and give me instructions how to proceed.

          Dear Javier,

          As I understand:
          1- They already have a community account for Nemetschek, correct? Could you give us the name of the id with community account?
          2- The personal account for vnaoumov@nemetschek.bg<vnaoumov@nemetschek.bg> has expired, correct?

          If this is the case, one easy way to solve this issue is:

          1- login with the community
          2- go to the cloud portal
          3- Add the account for Valentin and other team members to the “cloud organization” for the company community account.

          Note: Since Valentin’s Fiware lab account has already expired, you may need to create a new account first, using the “signup” button on the Fiware Lab account page:

          We still don't have access to our servers (already more than ten days).
          Please provide me ASAP with information what should we do so that we can have access to the new node center and to our resources.

          I did not hear back from the Nemetschek team to my questions on September 16.

          Do you know if they were able to follow the steps I mentioned in my previous reply? i.e. add Valentin's id to the cloud organization for Tanya? If they added his id to the community account in a timely manner, they should not have had any issues.

          But if they did not add Valentin's id to the community account in a timely manner, his trial account may have been downgraded to basic account. In that case, his resources (VMs, data, etc) must have been deleted some time in September, and it may not be possible to recover them.

          Response received from Nemetschek

          Hello!

          We followed all the steps you gave us, but still this was any help for us. We have added Valentin's id to the community account at the beginning of our project (same as all other accounts we have) and he had access to all the resources of the organization (normally as all other accounts we have) but after a few months he received notification that his account is expiring. So after a while longer his account expired and now he is not able to restore it.

          We have not been able to give access to Valentin since then.

          I opened a ticket at the LAB help desk, and assigned it to the Spanish node team. You can view it here:

          In the meanwhile, could you double check something for me? Based on their community account request on our system, I am guessing the original community account was requested for tanya (tpeneva@nemetschek.bg ) on the Budapest node, then Valentin's account (from spanish node) was added to the cloud organization for Tanya's Budapest community account.
          Could you kindly confirm these details with the Nemetschek team please?
