To be clear, the following problem (still) exists:

 

It is impossible to add a CEP (or any other VM) based on the catalog or in the cloud platform.

 

Steps to reproduce:

 

 

1.       I select OPEN CATALOG and select CEP

2.       Click CLONE TEMPLATE and enter my details:
