Guys,

I need a server today, also a working CEP machine.

How can this be solved?

Best regards,

Dennis

Hello,

I am sorry, but I can not see any project nor tenant ID…

Screenshot attached…

The only ID I can see is: Info: Connected to project Karen Mouws cloud (ID 56af8564fc3e46b686b6d6c00a0f77e0)

Can you please advise me exactly where to search??

Sorry, but the first steps with this platform are far from user friendly to be honest…

Regards,

Dennis

Dear Dennis,

we didn't get a response from you about the information requested (the region that you are using and your tenant ID).

Watching your first snapshot, the region should be Zurich2.

You can find the tenant/project ID selecting "Info" under your project name (in the upper left) and, in the new window, you will see something like Tenant ID: 0000000000000000000000000000XYZ.

If you will not provide this information in a short time, this trouble ticket will be closed.

Best regards

Marco

Hello,

Where can I find this information?

I am using your platform as Karen Mouws (karen@scool.be<mailto:karen@scool.be>)<mailto:karen@scool.be)>.

Node ID nor project ID can I find on the backend.

Thanks

Dennis
