we didn't get a response from you about the information requested (the region that you are using and your tenant ID).

Watching your first snapshot, the region should be Zurich2.

You can find the tenant/project ID selecting "Info" under your project name (in the upper left) and, in the new window, you will see something like Tenant ID: 0000000000000000000000000000XYZ.

If you will not provide this information in a short time, this trouble ticket will be closed.

You can find the tenant/project ID selecting "Info" under your project name (in the upper left) and, in the new window, you will see something like Tenant ID: 0000000000000000000000000000XYZ.

I am experiencing problems staging a cloud VM from the blueprint instance.

I configured the following:
