Yes, your VMs were waiting again in GRUB ----

You should edit /etc/default/grub and change
GRUB_TIMEOUT=0

for
GRUB_TIMEOUT=1

Then run
update-grub

This way, the timeout in GRUB will be 1 second --- It seems to be infinite when the timeout is set to 0.

Additional plugins shouldn’t be necessary, it should just work in the Browser.
Also for me the console is not working in Spain region but it is displayed in other region using Safari and Chrome.

Maybe Jose can help on this again, but I think you should solve Grub issues on your instance (if any) to let it boot automatically.
