          Description

          Add a link to the catalogue in the central band of the FI-LAB portal

          Text: lines 1 ("Our GEs") and line 2("See our Catalogue")

          The link underneath should be http://catalogue.fi-ware.eu/enablers

          Sketch enclosed as attachement - the icon is a suggestion but it is open to a better choice - it seems that we can find something better!
