Amend text when user registration blocked by white list

          Description

          Part of the text that appears when a user gets blocked by the white list in the user registration on the Testbed is wrong: " If you are not a PPP member, you can apply for an account in FI-WARE (http://fi-ware.org/), that is suitable for anyone, PPP member or not"

          Please replace with the right sentence "If you are not a PPP member, you can apply for an account in FI-Lab (http://lab.fi-ware.org/), that is suitable for anyone, PPP member or not.
