Worng mention to FI-LAB in the homepage footer

          Description

          At the bottom of the Testbed there is a chain that is valid for FI-Lab but not for the Testbed ("The use of FI-LAB services is subject to the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and Personal Data Protection Policy")

          Although we should have a different link with Terms and conditions adapted to the peculiarities of the Testbed, we will leave it as it is for now.

          BUT we need to change this literal chain. New text: "The use of the FI-WARE Testbed services is subject to the acceptance of ..."
