The upgrade to icehouse has now been completed. It should be possible to attach to the external network now. Note that the external network name has been changed; note also that the number of IP addresses is limited.

        Apologies for delay in reverting.

The Zurich node had some problems with external connectivity which have been largely solved
with the upgrade to the latest version of the Openstack system. We are finalizing our integration
with the federation and should be able to close this out next week.
