          Description
          There is a NaN GB Available disk in some regions (at least Trento, Lannion,
          Waterford, Berlin and Prague), so the system doesn’t allow create new
          instances.

          How to replicate: Try to launch a new VM, see the disk quota.

            You need to attach a NIC to an existing tenant network before the VM can be created.
            The NaN for disk quotas is not relevant - it just says that there is no quota set currently.

            Is only a matter of displaying quota.
