Each time a user tries to clone a blueprint template from the Open Catalog
a 500 error occurs in the next regions: Trento, Lannion, Waterford, Berlin
and Prague.
How to replicate: Try to clone a blueprint template from the Open Catalog
in one of the listed regions.

Could you please tell us how we can reproduce this issue using OpenStack CLI tools? If it cannot be triggered by these tools or by invoking OpenStack API requests, then it's a bug outside of the sphere of influence and responsibility of a single node, and the node owners won't be able to help.
