FIWARE.Request.Lab.IP allocation error.

          Description

          Dear,

          I want to create three VM instances. But when I create the second one I
          can't allocate IP from public-ext-net-01 to bind to the second VM and as a
          result I encountered the below error
          {"forbidden": {"message": "IP allocation over quota in pool
          public-ext-net-01.", "code": 403}}

            section(page) indicated that I have 2 available ips to be assigned. In
            other words, three nodes needs three public ips.

            I can't be able to proceed my work, please solve this problem.

            Most of the nodes will provide only one IP since that should be enough for any project. Anyway, I'll assign your ticket to Volos region.
