          Description

          Hello,

          We’re trying to access to our Centos instance via ssh but it is impossible, on Mac OS X it says “network is unreachable” and using your online VM Display it ask for an user and password (and we haven’t had the chance to set it). Thanks in advance for your help.

            Sorry, but your email doesn't seem to belong to any registered user.
            Anyway, it would be helpful if you gave us a little more information
            about your VM ID, where are your VMs supposed to be deployed, what's
            your account, etc.

            The user for any CentOS VM is "centos" — So, using your private key, you can:

            ssh -i <yourpemfile> centos@<yourIP>
