          hello
          i'm fiware user with fiware lac account :mostafa.h_2014@hotmail.com
          i face problem wihle trying to send configration.Jason file to cephues
          using this command ( curl -i -X POST
          http://130.206.112.142:8080/v1/admin/config -H "Content-Type:
          application/json" --data-binary "@config.json")
          i got this error
          curl: (7) Failed to connect to 130.206.112.142 port 8080: Connection refused

          i don't know how to solve this error
          any help
