We never withdrew the need to have both but it seems that the one on the testbed is no longer so useful. I do not think that it would cause any harm to dismiss the need to create an instance on the Testbed.
Let us drop this as a requirement, it is ok as long as it is on the Lab.

Let us hope that the Use Cases do not complain! (they should be mostly idle by now)

as far as I know the former testbed machines has been dismantled and several messages were pointing to relocate the testbed to a new set of machines (http://cloud.testbed.fi-ware.org/#nova).
Indeed I was able to create a new virtual machine within the cloud testbed but I am just missing the public IP address.

Furthermore as far as I know it is required to have two running instancea: one in the fiware lab (which I have already up and running) and one in the fiware testbed.
If the latter is not anymore a requirement, then I will close this item together with another item we have open regarding the relocation of the testbed instance.

Regarding the account for https://account.lab.fiware.org, I already have one and I already have an IoT Broker running instance there.

The Testbed was dismantled long ago (several messages warning of this were issued along the previous months).If they mean strictly the Testbed, this is no longer available. If they mean FIWARE Lab, then someone will surely respond.
