Dear Sir or Madam,
we are having problems with VM instance in Fiware Lab Cloud in Trento2
region (instance name: KeyRock4Web, ID:
125cdf78-3e8f-42ec-bf35-608a4c3ec438). Yesterday the instance became
unresponsive so we restarted it in the Lab Cloud. Since then (for over a day
now) the status of the VM is "REBOOT" and Task is "rebooting". We cannot
restart the instance again and we can not stop and start it (we get the
following error: {"conflictingRequest": {"message": "Cannot 'reboot'
instance 125cdf78-3e8f-42ec-bf35-608a4c3ec438 while it is in task_state
rebooting", "code": 409}}).
Also, we cannot connect to the VM via SSH. The VM is totally inresponsive.
How can we get it up and running again?
