Hi,
Burak has a community account on SpainTenerife node with tenant id : (ID 00000000000000000000000000008377)
In this community account, we have a VM called "malaga_showcase_portal" . This morning it went to "Paused" state by itself, we stopped the instance in order to start it again, but it seems not able to start. Still appears in "SHUTDOWN" status. Could you kindly take a look please?
We need to have this VM working for a demo tomorrow morning, so it's very urgent for us to get support on it.
