Dear Sir or Madam,
On behalf of the Mizuho Information & Research Institute (Mizuho IR), I would like to approach you with a meeting request on the following matter.
The Mizuho Information & Research Institute is currently conducting a survey to identify best practices on Global Business and Intellectual Property (IP) management in Europe.
In order to do so, the Mizuho Information & Research Institute hopes to obtain and collect information on specific projects from different companies for comparison, and hopes to have relevant insights from you on the Fiware project.
We would be very grateful for the opportunity to arrange a meeting between you and Hirotaka Noguchi, Chief Consultant, Management & IT Consulting Division, and Osamu Yasuda, Manager, Management & IT Consulting Division from the Mizuho Information & Research Institute.
Please find attached a request letter, which provides more details on the project and request, and a list of potential discussion points for a meeting.
The time-period for a potential meeting would be between Tuesday 2 November and Friday 11 November, as during this period, Mizuho IR's representatives are staying in Europe.
I would be extremely grateful if you could let me know you or your organisation's availability for this purpose. Additionally, should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
