If you are simply trying to upgrade your account, you must go to

the button seems not to work, due to a problem that I saw now. I guess
that this is way you try to use an alternative channel. I will contact
the support to get it fixed. They tend to be quick, I would be surprised
if this is not fixed in the course of the morning. So try later.
