      Description

      Hello,

      We are one of the participants in FABulous Fiware accelerator and cannot
      access our user account. It was set up under the name
      arthur@loveandrobots.com and we cannot remember the password. We tried to
      change it and it will not let us - it says error when we try.

      We need access asap as we have to update it before our SML3 deadline at the
      end of August.

      Can you please let us know how to access our account?
