Unable to delete Budapest2 instances

      Description

      In the execution of the Sanity Check there is a problem in the creation of the instances and 2 server are in error status and cannot be deleted with the Cloud Portal.

      The user ID is 8368995edf4042da9df4fb3ddcd45d89 and the ID of the servers are aa15f152-50bf-4962-81f9-8a94e3382cdb and 07f9fcf7-e750-4f70-8295-04d6e31314c6.

      It is important to delete them ASAP in order that the test user has the appropriate resources to launch the test again.
