      Description

      Dear Sirs,

      Our "gis" server instance has lost its internal IP. Therefore, we cannot
      access it, nor access it through an external IP.

      Please advise.

        Our server now has an internal and external IP address, but it's still
        inaccessible, either by HTTP or SSH. Dashboard shows it's running. We
        have already rebooted it several times.
