HELP-6327) [Fiware-lab-help] FIWARE Lab Assistance *Dear All,
As far as I see your security group is empty:
nova list-secgroup b2b22267-5c9f-478c-a60d-3f0562eed8ff -------------------------------------
--------------------------------------------------------------------
--------------------------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------root@controller:~# nova secgroup-list-rules 5b3fd361-64df-4409-b76e-4e609756478b+------------
-------------------------------------+------------
-------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------It means that the VM is up and running, but all the ports are closed from outside. To solve this issue, please add rules to your security group (devsecuritygroup) in the cloud potral: Left menu->Security then choose the Security group tab. Right click on devsecuritygroup and then on Edit rules. Here you can add a rule defining the protocol, the port range you want to open and the source IP from where you can connect to these ports of yout VM. If it is 0.0.0.0 as the default setting, your ports can be accessed from everywhere. Please be careful, since if you open a port to everybody and your service behind it is not secure enough, you risk that hackers may break your server.
Best regards,
Sandor
