Dear Luis,
Just a little bit of info to complement the details supplied by my colleague Malena.
Strictly speaking fiware-tech-help@lists.fiware.org<fiware-tech-help@lists.fiware.org> is a mailman list but it is not used as an external information channel, it is an inbox for you to send queries and the subscribers are the team providing support.
However, unless there's a specific request to hide particular ones for privacy reasons, all the queries sent to this and other lists are publicly available. See this:
you can filter tickets from different contact channels using the tags in the subject or the component in the Component field.
The other major source of support info is under ask.fiware.org. Similarly to most of the mailing lists referred on https://www.fiware.org/contact-us/, the queries received under ask.fiware.org automatically generate tickets on the same JIRA repository I gave you.
We also use StackOverFlow, that will possibly become our preferred support channel for development-related queries (see the tags in the catalogue <http://catalogue.fiware.org/enablers> : fiware, fiware-orion ...)
I hope that this helps a bit
Thanks,
Miguel
