      Dear support team,

      We have the following issue with the configuration of CKAN general enabler.
      We are installing the CKAN database and web portal on Azure cloud, using
      the methods from the links below. By doing this we can successfully access,
      deploy and register the databases and the web portal etc.

      Our problem comes, when we have to restart some services or the whole
      instance on Azure. We think there is some setting in "production.ini" file
      in CKAN or the definition of the etc "hosts" or "hostname" files on UBUNTU
      12.04.

      We think that this is a easy to solve issue, but we cannot find any more
      information about it. Below in this link we found a possible solution, but
      we still cannot restart the services, after making the changes in the files.

          We have looked at this issue in some detail but i'm not sure we are able to help you. We are unsure precisely what the issue is here and cannot replicate the problem. I'm afraid we are not experts in installing CKAN to Azure. I suggest the best approach would be for you to post the question to either CKAN tag on Stack Overflow or to ask the question to the ckan-dev mailing list where a member of the community may be able to assist.
