In order to have a complete picture of the problem, I'd like to ask you
for the output of "iptables -S" in the hosts where that port should be
opened (I guess we are dealing with some CentOS hosts).

About opening HTTP port with IPTables, I'd suggest taking a look at http
redirections/zones using Apache or NGinx. — If you explained me the
architecture a little more in depth I guess I could try to offer you a
better analysis.

We could go on with this discussion in Spanish and out of the help-desk
lists if you want to.

Thank you very much for your help. We need to access my WStore instance without dissasociating the public IP of my application. Therefore, we have followed the tutorial http://joseignaciocarretero.blogspot.com.es/2014/09/fiware-lab-only-one-single-ip-per-user.html

• We have opened 8000 port in FILAB and redirected using Iptables from <mypublicip>:8000 to <mywstoreinstanceIP>:80
• When we try to connect using my web browser to <publicIP>:8000 it gives me: ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED.
• We don't know if i have to configure anything on my wstore intance or it's supposed to be already configured.

Please could you provide us a solution to overcome this problem?

We really apologize for the delay in our reply due to a problem with our firewall that consider you email as a spam. We have solved this problem.

This requirement for a new IP Public address is due to a identified bug in the Marketplace that is not allowing us to buy a subscription and application related. This is the communication from Francisco de la Vega, WStore module: “If you are using the global instance deployed in the FIWARE Lab, there is a known bug retireving the applications from the idm. This bug has been already fixed but we haven't deployed the patch yet, since we are planning to deploy a new version this month”. After some months we have no solution and we are delaying some developments.

In order to overcome this issue the new IP will allow us to instantiate an image that is an exact copy of the global instance in a simple way.
