Description
Hi!
I'm working on a fiware web applcation that uses Augmented Reality GE.
I have an AR scene and it used to work fine but now I'm not able to acces
my webcam input.
I'm using Google chrome, and I get a message saying "getUserMedia() is
deprecated on insecure origins".
I'm running a Node.js Server for my web application. I'm using a Virtual
Machine from fiware.
Is there a way to get a secure certificate for my server to run as HTTPS??
Do I have to buy a certificate or does fiware have any mechanism to provide
it?
Maybe, there is an alternative for getUserMedia() to get input from Webcam
and avoid this secuirty issue.
I hope you can help me.
Pablo

Good morning,
dear Pablo, did Ari's pointers to how to set up the secured server help you?
If there are still problems with realizing these steps in the FIWARE Lab environment, you can post the issue as help request to the FIWARE Lab team, who can provide you with more detailed information of how to perform the server setup on the lab nodes.
Best regards,
Torsten
