Description
Tenant Docker-Container-Service, owned by Kenneth Nagin nagin@il.ibm.com,
has a quota of 10 floating ips but it can only allocate 1 IP to the
project.
I've tried both networks: federation-ext-net-01 and public-ext-net-01.
