      Description

      Hello

      I can’t seem to login with one of my user bf@ceptu.com, I have reset the password, still without any luck.

      All I get back is :

      You are not authorized for any projects.

      I would actually like to delete this account.

      Since January 1st, old domains won't be supported and messages sent to any domain different to @lists.fiware.org will be lost.
      Please, send your messages using the new domain (Fiware-lab-help@lists.fiware.org) instead of the old one.

        I've deleted the user account as Alfonso has asked. Now the ticket is assigned to him. I guess we can close the issue when he asks the user to create the account again.

        Hi,

        the account is corrupted. It seems the user has deleted the project associated with his account (I suppose accidentally). The easiest solution is to remove the account and ask the user to register again.

        I am trying to delete the account bf@ceptu.com. I keep getting Fiware
        update emails from it. When I try to login I get the following :

        • You are not authorized for any projects.

        I can request a new password for the account, but I still can't login. When
        I request a new confirmation email, it says my email is already confirmed.
        ceptuDev is probably mine yes, though I thought I have deleted it.

        sorry but it is not clear to me the situation. Can you explain better the situation, please?
        What I can see is that there is this tenant "ceptuDev" without any member. Is it your tenant? If yes, have you deleted the related accounts?

        When I try to resend the confirmation email, I get that this email (
        bf@ceptu.com) has already been confirmed. Can you check if the email is on
        the mailing list? I am trying to delete the account so I no longer get
        double emails from it.

        as already mentioned there is not an account with those emails.
        Check the registration email and use the right account, then you can reset your password using this link: https://account.lab.fiware.org/password/request/

        I've just checked but apparently those accounts don't exist.
        Are you using the fiware-lab as community account or trial account?
