In the following link, joseignaciocarretero.blogspot.com.es, you can find a solution about how to access to different VMs from one public IP. We cannot provide more Ips since we are running out of Ips, and the commented solution fixes your request.

Yes currently we have 3 vmws. We're currently improving our KeyRock vm
implementation. As we find it, KeyRock has its own frontend application
"horizon" and we need to access it from browser, while also accessing it
from a terminal (ssh) .

As our team sees it, it needs another floating ip to access "horizon". Is
there a problem to have second IP? If so, would it be possible to have
floating IP temporarily for 1 month max.

I can see you have 3 VMs, and none of them have a public IP. In adition, I can see that following VM has two networks associated, which will avoid that VM working.

MMmm it is not, since I cannot find your VMs, where you have problems. I need the project Id.
When you enter in the Cloud portal, at the bottom of the page, you can find something like Info: Connected to project. You can see an example at !h!Captura de pantalla 2015-11-25 a la(s) 12.36.56.png|thumbnail!

Tell me this ID or tell me the Ips of your VMs.
