Hi Genci,thank you for the patience.I succeded in creating an instance launching an image (not a blueprint), I've accessed the VM too via Putty using my keypair.I'm trying loggin in as root, but the terminal asks me for the passphrase.Where I can find it?

Hi Michele,

Please be aware that you have to use node-int-net-02 and than associate the floatingIP.
But, if so, the blueprint was deployed successfully ?
I have tested the floatingIP association and i managed to SSH access to the instance.

Hi Genci,sorry. I saw there were two wirecloud instances running.I stopped them and I tried to launch a clean Blueprint instance, this is the error it gives me

Probably it was because you had no IP assigned to your project.
I have just assigned you a floatingIP. Can you please retry ?

The user reports problems with deployment and tier installation on blueprints which has been reported to the Spain Team on the ticket HELP-5222.

We are aware of the issues in Blueprint templates deployment.
For this purpose, we have opened a Help-ticket to the team in charge of the functionality.

Can you please in meanwhile try to deploy a blueprint in Spain region an give us feedback ?

we need more details about your problem: e.g. which blueprint template (open catalog) did you use to create your blueprint instance?
