In addition, please, let us know which region you are using and your project ID, in order to forward your request to the correct support team.

We are aware of the issues in Blueprint templates deployment.
For this purpose, we have opened a Help-ticket to the team in charge of the functionality.

Probably it was because you had no IP assigned to your project.

Hi Genci,sorry. I saw there were two wirecloud instances running.I stopped them and I tried to launch a clean Blueprint instance, this is the error it gives me

Hi Michele,

Please be aware that you have to use node-int-net-02 and than associate the floatingIP.
But, if so, the blueprint was deployed successfully ?
I have tested the floatingIP association and i managed to SSH access to the instance.
