          Description

          Hi all,

          User: v.nikolic@limessoft.com
          Project ID: ad66169a24674e19ad1a281ef42532f6

          The user informed about the problems during various attemps in blueprint deploy.
          When trying to deploy an blueprint template created from scratch and adding Tiers
          ( Apache, PHP, MySQL and Wirecloud ), the user reports that just the Apache is installed and after a while the blueprint instance goes in ERROR status (attached some of the images provided).
          Anyway, he can access the instance (ssh or putty).

              Will assign a floatingIp and then make him retry

              I just tried with a template by adding tiers: Wirecloud 0.8 and mysql 1.2.4.
              The instance is in running status and I can associate IP and ssh access normally.

              But after a while in installing the blueprint gets in ERROR (attached error information from CP)

              Error: Error installing a product.               Hi,

              Wirecloud already has an Apache in the installation recipe. You don't need to add apache like a product in the blueprint. It could produce an error by incompatibility.

              Thanks for your reply.

              As far as I remember the user tried to add these tiers : Apache, PHP, MySQL and Wirecloud, and didnt worked.

              I will inform the user and ask for feedback.

              The user, has a blueprint template with centos7 and apache2-4.0. I have installed now and it was successfully.
              Maybe you could have some problems with the net connection. Please try again.
              I have installed in Spain2 and Trento regions.

              Yes, I just tried and in the INSTALLING step at some time
              the status goes to ERROR.
              Also we have received another ticket from another user that is having same problems.
