FIWARE.Request.Lab.Lannion.FILAB VM state.

      Description

      Hello,

      can you please check on this VM? I got a request in the context of the
      FRACTALS accelerator project.

      The problem we have is that our instance on Fiware cloud named
      "ubntuMySqlGlass" is in state SHUTOFF and we cannot do anything about that.
      The region is Lannion2. ID: f3d4eb05-18ff-4098-b0b8-691187a9d7a7. We have
      lots of work on that instance and we would not like to delete and create
      new instance.
      When we try restart we get {"conflictingRequest": {"message": "Cannot
      'suspend' while instance is in vm_state stopped", "code": 409}}
      Can you help?

        There is no answer from the user, we assume the problem as solved and we close the ticket.

        Hi,

        I started the vm id: f3d4eb05-18ff-4098-b0b8-691187a9d7a7
        Now the VM is ACTIVE in the Running state.

        Can the user check if everything is all right?
