We've been having complicated issues with hardware which made us
experience problems. We are working on it today an this hopefully will
solve the network problems we've been suffering lately. These works
imply servers shutdowns.

I am using an ubuntu machine in lab, and for the last weeks it worked fine but today I am having troubles connecting to it.

I have checked the instance and it is active, however I can not access from putty nor the server is displaying the web site it should be.

IP associated with the machine: 130.206.83.4

Please, could you provide some orientation on what is happening and how to fix it?
It is very important for me, as it shows a web prototype that I need up and running for selling the idea.
