          Description

          Hi,

          Just to inform that, the machine id: 91f2bfd1-120d-432c-a379-5f6888fa6258
          took long time in BUILD status, NO POWER state, but is now showing as
          ACTIVE and RUNNING. It just took much longer than other instances to be
          active.
