          Description

          Hi,

          Just to inform that, the machine id: 91f2bfd1-120d-432c-a379-5f6888fa6258
          took long time in BUILD status, NO POWER state, but is now showing as
          ACTIVE and RUNNING. It just took much longer than other instances to be
          active.

            This is not one ticket!!! — This is a message to communicate that deploying a instance took longer this time. I guess this was something related to the view.
