          Description

          Hi,

          I launched an instance (id:91f2bfd1-120d-432c-a379-5f6888fa6258) based on
          default image cep-r3.3.3-img (after following all the steps in the dialogs
          according to the pictures attached) and although a message showing
          "Success: Instance cep-spain-try5 launched" the instance shows with
          Status: BUILD, Task: spawning, Power State: NO STATE. (see picture
          attached).
