Dear coachers

We have received the following issue from OLIFLY project:

We are currently integrating IDM in our application. We have issues creating organizations in filab.
When we try to create an organization we get following error message after clicking CREATE ORGANIZATION:

Error: An unexpected error prevented the server from fulfilling your request. (HTTP 500)

We tried with 3 different accounts and we always get the same message. A month ago we were able to create organization without problems.
Problems also occur when we try to authorize organization to use our application - we can authorize only users, but not organization. We get error "Unable to modify organizations."
