Dear Sir, Madam,
Yesterday I did the request for an account upgrade for 2 VM from http://help.lab.fiware.org/ .
My user name is: f.sisca@pharmawizard.it
Up to date, the request results still pending and I did not receive any communication about that yet.
How much time is required to get my account upgraded?
Did the request be successful or I might have done some mistakes on that?
It will be very important to have my account ready as soon as possible,
