Dear all,
When we try to allocate an IP to my project and there is no more floating IPs available, we obtain the following error message:
Error: undefined. Cause: unknow...
This is not a valid information at all and we should give a valuable information on each error message.

I've changed the error message in order to tell the user that there is not ips available.
