      Description

      Problem:
      there are many GEs instances and there is no good overall visibility about their accessibility and up times.

      Solution: set up a public Nagios monitor based on the telefonica aid Github project so everybody can see the status.
      Benefit: reduce ticket flow, improve communication and transparency.
      https://github.com/telefonicaid/fiware-health - could it be that nagios files has been removed? why?
