That time I was able to lunch an instance of "ubuntu13.04-server" image, with "ml.small" flavor.

The instance is: "eed367dc-328d-4321-bed3-6e10d55971e1", the Instance Name is "RT_Test" and the assigned IP is 10.0.1.138.

So far so good, until now

Troubles begin when trying to connect to "my new" machine

Because:

• I cannot allocate a public IP. Even in security -> IP address, nothing is being shown in the list. I believe the internal IP of the instance should be listed....

-When try to "connect directly" to display, it says "The server refused the connection", with a sad face icon.

Can it be a user's - me - issue?

Any advice / doc / guidance?
