      Description

      • Good afternoon, we have the following problem. One of our VM had some
        kind of problem and is currently shutoff. I've tried but it seems there's
        no way to turn it on.

        I was working when suddendly I received the following message:

        As you can see I was in the middle of some SQL queries... I'm not really
        sure what that means. ¿General shutdown for emergency maintenance? Anyway,
        it doesn't seem to connect again, so I'll call it a day and I'll wait for
        you to fix this. Is there anything I can do from here when this happens?

        As an update, the VM is now Active, but I can't access it. I wonder if it's
        stuck again in GRUB (It seems I don't have the credentials to access via
        View Display from the dashboard).
