I finally received a working public IP on FIWARE LAB; and the Catalogue has been updated. I will replace the FIWARE LAB IP with http://iotbroker.lab.fiware.org/ as soon as the redirector has been changed (see https://jira.fiware.org/browse/LAB-208)

Instance on Testbed was down; it has been restarted.
Syntax Calagogue entries have been fixed.

The public IP behind iotbroker.lab.fiware.org is no longer available; the new IP for the testbed instance is http://130.206.81.198/ngsi10/contextEntities/test
