          Description

          Hi,

          I am trying to log in and see the resources but I receive "invalid user or password" message. I tried to resend me the password just in case without success.

            I see there is no issue with your account. So please, try with "Forgot password" and please check your span folder.

            Hi Carlos,

            Could you please confirm if the problem is still open? Today, there were
            some problems with the authentication service, but by now it is working
            again.
