      Description

      Hello,

      I am trying to clone the Blueprint for XML3DGeoVisBundle from the
      Blueprint Catalogue. The process fails with a error, code 500. Please
      see screenshot attached. Trying to create a new blueprint results in the
      same error, so does trying to launch an instance of the blueprint.

      I am working on Berlin2 node.

        The issues is solved, the catalog is back and both creating and cloning works.

        Hi,

        yes, I am still facing the issues, and indeed, I am working on Berlin2
        node. Unfortunately, my account does not have access to any other node
        at the moment. But as I understand that this issue is a problem of the
        node, not the blueprint service, and already reported in BEAR-10, this
        issue can be possibly closed.

        I will then keep contacting the Berlin node helpdesk team about any
        progress, or see if I can move to another node.

        Thank you very much for your effort in this topic! As soon as cloning
        functionality works again, I will also verify that GIS Data Provider is
        working.

        Do you continue having an empty template catalogue? You shouldn't. The clone functionality is working. When you create a template from scracht, which region are you using?. It seems that some Berlin2 endpoints have not been added to keystone and this is why it is not working.

        I am sorry, but the problem still occurs to me unchanged!

        I have attached a new screenshot with every step I am trying. The
        screenshots were taken when I have tried again just now.

        I understand that cloning and blueprint functionality may be working in
        general when you try it, but there IS a problem with my account, and the
        error which I reported at the very beginning, and which is also shown in
        the screenshot I submitted back then, exists and is unchanged sinced I
        reported the issue for the very first time.

        That is: I do not get any response from the Blueprint server, and I
        receive a server error (500), when trying to create a new blueprint. As
        the error code is 500, it is obviously a problem on server side, maybe
        particular to my account, but it IS an error that exists and that blocks
        two of my issues currently.

        Could you please have a detailed look at the error, or, if the error is
        supposed to be related to FI Lab functionality outside the blueprint
        part, redirect me to whom is responsible for this issue?

        Hi,

        I just wanted to try cloning a blueprint again, now the blueprint catalog appears empty to me. Both my self-created blueprints and the blueprints in the catalog are gone.

        The problems seem to have started after my account got resources and status assigned after account upgrade (corresponding ticket: FLUA-457) .

        Is the problem maybe connected to some issue with my account?

        Had to reopen as the issue still exists for me. I don't even reach the point where I can edit any Blueprint template to adapt flavors or regions.

        The issue occurs when I either

        a) Choose "Clone Template" in the Catalog, before the Blueprint is copied to my local list of Blueprints, or
        b) When creating a Blueprint, right after entering Blueprint name and description, before the Blueprint appears in the list of my Blueprints.

        That means, I never reach a point where I can actually add or edit Tiers of the Blueprint Template, as due to the error, there is no Blueprint template created for me.

        it is working for me. However, when you clone a template, take into account that it should Spain2 in each region. This means after that you have to edit the template with the data. Please, be careful with the flavor (small) and the image you select when you edit.
