We have a community account but when we try to authorize users no modal
window appears. The browser tries to open the window but gets a 500 error
message from the server! That is what I am trying to explain for the past
month or so....

Can we close this company account and start from scratch to resolve the
issue?

I am CCing Chulani Ilknur so we can better resolve the issue and see how we
can move our services to a location that is capable of Object Storage.

We should find a solution so we can move on with the implementation of our
project.

When I try to access the manage or authorize users interface I get a 500
internal serve error both as d.amaxilatis@gmail.com and admin@sparkworks.net
.
Probably that is the error?

Hi,

you can only access the cloud with the organisations linked to your account. However, you are able to authorise other users inside that organization. Here you will find some info:

Using my own account I am only able to access dimitrios-amaxilatis-cloud.

also using admin@sparkworks.net I am able to access only
constantinos-anagnostopoulos-cloud and not sparkworks cloud.

I have no idea how I am supposed to access the cloud portal as the
"organization"

Our vm was deployed in Volos but we need to move them to a node that can
support Object Storage.

Hi,

I see your cloud org has the application. And if you are able to access the cloud portal it is working ok.

So perhaps you did’t have vms deployed in Spain2.

I have all the roles in the organization (member,owner,service).

In the applications list there is only the Store Application. The Cloud is
missing!

What should we do?

The owner of the organization could give you the right to access the
shared projects.
Here is a description how he/she can do that via the cloud portal:
