I double checked the spam folder, and I received nothing.
I am afraid the problem is related with my email, because the University mail server could be filtering these emails.
Is it possible to receive this email on a diferent email address? or could you manually change my password?

I’m sorry for the inconvenience.
I just tried with success to recover my password with the “Forgot password” method.
Your issue might have been a temporary problem or, please, check your spam folder.
Let us know if you are experiencing the problem again.

I am having some problems to log in, I think I forgot my password and the recovery method based on email is not working for me.
(I click on "Forgot password" and enter my email, but I reveive nothing)
